Pizza delivery driver gets stabby

A Florida woman faces serious accusations after reportedly stabbing a pregnant woman multiple times in front of her young child due to dissatisfaction over a tip she received for delivering pizza to his motel room.

Authorities from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office stated that deputies responded on Sunday to a scene involving a stabbing at a Kissimmee motel.

Upon arrival, authorities discovered a pregnant woman with multiple stab wounds in her motel room.

The victim was immediately taken to the hospital, where she underwent surgery for a collapsed lung. While being treated, doctors delivered unexpected news—she was just a few weeks pregnant.

Investigation revealed that the incident began earlier that night when the woman had ordered a pizza for herself, five-year-old daughter, and boyfriend.

The suspect, Brianna Alvelo, 22, had delivered the food to the woman’s room. The customer handed over $50 to pay for a bill of $33.10, expecting to receive $16.90 in change.

When Alvelo began to leave without giving back the balance, the woman asked for it. Alvelo allegedly claimed company policy forbade carrying change, as outlined in the arrest report.

Determined to resolve the issue, the woman searched her belongings for smaller bills, checking through two purses in her motel room and even going outside to her car, all while Alvelo stood by.

The woman eventually obtained a smaller bill from her boyfriend who was staying in the room with her and her young daughter. This brought Alvelo’s tip to a modest $2. The report states Alvelo “rolled her eyes and walked away without saying anything.”

Allegedly, Alvelo was unhappy with the gratuity she received and, angered by the perceived slight, returned to the motel room accompanied by a man armed with a firearm.

Later that night, after the woman, her boyfriend, and daughter had gone to bed at the Riviera Motel, a knock at the door disrupted their sleep. When they answered, they were met by two masked individuals—reportedly Alvelo and an armed man. The pair forced their way into the room.

The armed man ordered the woman’s boyfriend into the bathroom at gunpoint while Alvelo rummaged through the motel room.

When Alvelo allegedly attacked the woman, she shielded her child as she was stabbed 14 times with a pocket knife.

According to the report, the injuries included deep wounds to the victim’s chest, arms, legs, and stomach.

“The victim said Alvelo stopped attacking her when the masked man said it was time to go,” the documents reveal.

Alvelo smashed the victim’s phone and the two intruders fled the scene, taking with them a few stolen belongings.

Authorities identified and detained Alvelo the following Monday, charging her with several offenses, including home invasion with a firearm, attempted murder, kidnapping, and aggravated assault.

While her accomplice is still at large, Alvelo spent the Christmas holiday confined in the Osceola County Jail without bail.

Meanwhile, in a separate pizza-related case in Oklahoma, a 22-year-old man received life behind bars for a horrifying family massacre.

Jacob Mayhugh admitted to the brutal killing of three relatives during what was supposed to be a family pizza night, ultimately receiving three life sentences without parole.

Police said Mayhugh’s arrest came after he fled from the violent crime scene at his parents’ home.

According to officials, the Oklahoma City Police Department, in collaboration with the U.S. Marshals Service and the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation, apprehended Mayhugh on May 14.

He reportedly confessed to shooting his parents, Patty and James Mayhugh (ages 54 and 55), as well as his 28-year-old sister, Shayla Mayhugh.

Man killed family on pizza night

Court documents revealed that on May 10, Patty Mayhugh sent a text message to her son inviting him to a family gathering at their home, along with the enticing detail that pizza was ready.

Investigators say Jacob Mayhugh went to the house that afternoon and fired on his family as soon as he walked inside.

Neighbors were reportedly the first to alert authorities on May 11 after noticing shell casings outside the residence and calling 911 to report “possible deceased people inside the home.”

Officers discovered Patty Mayhugh’s lifeless body near the doorway, her husband James and daughter Shayla both found dead in the living room. Each victim had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.

Police connected Mayhugh to the scene through security footage and abandoned property.

Investigators located his vehicle, which contained “2 AR-15 magazines loaded with ammunition with writing on them in white paint pen.”

Surveillance footage from nearby locations displayed Mayhugh fleeing the area, later identified by his girlfriend.

Upon his capture, prosecutors initially pursued the death penalty due to the severity of the crime.

Nevertheless, Mayhugh avoided capital punishment by pleading guilty, leading to his life sentences.

The court denied him bail after determining he was a flight risk and the magnitude of his offenses warranted strict measures.

  1. Bail, they considered bail? How many persons does a lunitic have to murder before he is eneligible for bail? The courts would let a monster out among us for a few bucks?
