A married woman was arrested after a shocking hot tub sexual encounter with two teenagers that were “young enough to be her kids.”
Married woman accused of sexually assaulting two teenage boys
39-year-old Allison Leigh Schardin of Blaine, Minnesota was on a “stay-cation” with her husband and two children at a hotel, when she sexually assaulting two 15-year-old hockey players.
Schardin reportedly met the young victims, who were in town from Colorado for a hockey tournament, in the hot tub at a Roseville hotel on Jan. 14 of this year.
The boys were already in the water when Schardin hopped in and began complaining to them about her fractured marriage, according to a criminal complaint.
The mother of two then divulged that she had already cheated on her husband with a different hockey player.
According to the criminal complaint, her husband came down to the hot tub and shouted something along the lines of “If you don’t come upstairs, our relationship is over.”
At that point, Schardin exchanged social media contacts with the victims and reached out to the first victim later through Snapchat, asking if she could come up to his room.

Once inside, the second victim recalled that she told them she was 38-years-old and that they were “young enough to be her kids.”
She also spurred along the alleged sexual abuse with comments like, ‘let’s just do more,’ ‘let’s have sex,’ ‘we’re already here,’ ‘You already have a 38‐year‐old woman, a female in your bed, don’t you want to do more?’”
Prosecutors alleged that the first victim didn’t want to go along with the act, but lacked the ability to refuse because he couldn’t find the words.
The following day, as the teenagers played hockey, Schardin supposedly texted them during breaks in the game to confirm their location, before showing up at the rink.
According to the complaint, the first victim “started getting nervous” and was “shaking” while he sat on the bench, because “it was really creepy” that she had followed them to the game.
After they returned home, Schardin kept contacting both teenage boys in an effort to keep them from confessing her crime to law enforcement.
“I will do or say anything you want, just don’t tell the police or report what happened,” she allegedly texted the first victim.
He reportedly said that “he didn’t want anything from her” and would not report the sexual abuse, but wanted Schardin to leave them both alone. After that he blocked her, but said he was not the one who turned her in to the cops.

On Feb. 1, Schardin was apprehended and interviewed by police, who she told that the victims had been the ones to invite her up to their room.
“She said that some of the younger boys invited her to their room, an invitation she accepted so she could get away from her husband,” according to the complaint.
She confessed to entering a hotel room with three boys and said that she had sexual contact with two of them.
Schardin also allegedly asked if one of them had a condom, but claimed that she would not have had sex with any of the boys.
“I think I just, things were starting to progress and, um, I think I thought about it for a moment and then I just was like, yeah, no, that’s not,” she remarked.
Schardin noted that “at that point, it was pretty evident” that the first victim was “kind of uncomfortable” with the situation she had put him in.
She confessed to third-degree criminal sexual conduct, which legally means engaging in sexual penetration with someone under 18, when she entered a guilty plea on Friday.
Schardin now faces possible jail time when sentenced on January 10, 2025. However, prosecutors agreed to a sentence of no more than eight months in exchange for her guilty plea.
