A bizarre trespassing call in central Florida spiraled into an armed arrest after deputies say a man hid a handgun beneath silicone breasts while lurking at a construction site.

Deputies zeroed in on Matthew Zaccarino, 39, last month after finding him alone inside a vehicle parked at a construction site, setting off a strange encounter that quickly turned serious.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd later described deputies approaching the car and noticing Zaccarino dressed in a red lace bra fitted with prosthetic breasts, an outfit that immediately raised alarms during the late night check.

The situation escalated as deputies took a closer look and realized the unusual getup was not just a costume choice but allegedly a concealment method.

Judd recounted that deputies also noticed thong style underwear, adding to what he described as a highly unusual scene unfolding at the site.

“Then we notice he is wearing a G-string, showing off the boys. You know what I mean?” Judd remarked while recounting the arrest in a video shared by the sheriff’s office.

What initially looked like an odd trespassing call quickly shifted into a potential safety threat when deputies allegedly discovered a firearm hidden underneath the prosthetic breasts.

Law enforcement said the presence of a gun changed the entire tone of the encounter, turning a strange moment into a dangerous one in seconds.

Judd warned that the outcome could have been far worse had deputies not remained alert during the encounter.

He described the discovery as unexpected and dangerous, noting how quickly routine calls can turn volatile.

When questioned, Zaccarino allegedly told deputies he was on his way to a costume party, an explanation that failed to hold up under scrutiny.

Judd said the story unraveled almost immediately when deputies pressed for details.

“Can you imagine? He’s mad at us for trying to find out why he’s wearing lace bras with guns and G-strings or G-somethings,” Judd said, describing the tense exchange. “It was ugly. It was so ugly.”

Authorities said Zaccarino stopped answering questions after deputies asked where the supposed costume party was taking place, deepening suspicions and prompting further action at the scene.

Zaccarino, who lists Altamonte Springs as his home address, was taken into custody and charged with armed trespassing with a firearm, loitering or prowling, and resisting an officer without violence, according to Polk County Sheriff’s Office jail records.

Jail records show Zaccarino was later released after posting a $6,250 bond, ending an arrest that drew attention well beyond the county for its bizarre details and serious public safety implications.

The Florida arrest was one of several recent incidents across the country where bizarre behavior escalated into criminal charges.

In Georgia, police dealt with a chaotic carjacking spree involving a suspect who was nearly naked and wrapped only in a tablecloth as he moved through a neighborhood stealing vehicles.

Gwinnett County Police said officers were alerted Friday to a stolen car believed to be in the possession of Mackienzy Kahl.

Police located the vehicle later that day but found it abandoned, with witnesses telling officers the suspect fled on foot.

Officers also noticed signs suggesting Kahl may have been exposed to chemicals while inside the car, according to police.

Bodycam footage showed officers discussing whether the suspect may have suffered chlorine burns, while an abandoned pool servicing truck nearby added to the confusion surrounding the scene.

As officers searched the area, multiple 911 calls poured in reporting a man matching Kahl’s description wandering through the neighborhood wearing only a tablecloth and trying to enter several vehicles, police said.

Surveillance video released by authorities captured the suspect moving through the area wearing glasses, blue slippers, and a beige tablecloth loosely wrapped around his waist.

At one point, police said Kahl allegedly entered an occupied home and grabbed the keys to a Mercedes before driving off, escalating the situation from prowling to burglary.

Officers quickly located the stolen Mercedes, initiated a traffic stop, and took Kahl into custody at gunpoint, dramatic bodycam footage showed.

Kahl now faces multiple charges, including theft by taking, burglary in the first degree, entering an automobile with the intent to commit theft or a felony, loitering and prowling, and driving without a valid license, according to police.

In a far more tragic case unfolding in Pennsylvania, police say a woman confessed to stabbing her own daughter to death just days before Christmas.

Diane Grovola, 57, has been charged with first-degree murder in the killing of her 23-year-old daughter, Daniele Grovola.

Upper Darby Police responded to the family’s stone cottage home on December 23 after receiving a 911 call reporting a stabbing.

Officers discovered Daniele dead with multiple stab wounds, according to an arrest affidavit.

Daniele’s father, John Grovola, returned home around 6.30am after finishing a shift at the Philadelphia Airport and stopping at McDonald’s to bring breakfast home, court records state.

According to the affidavit, John walked into the home and was met by the family dog, which had also been stabbed and transferred blood onto his clothing. He then found Diane sitting on the living room sofa holding a knife.

Diane allegedly confessed during that moment, telling her husband, “I stabbed our daughter.”

John ran to his daughter’s bedroom and found Daniele lying on her back with her eyes open but unresponsive.

As he called 911, Diane allegedly told him she was suicidal and began stabbing herself, according to the affidavit.

The 911 operator instructed John to flee the home, and he complied. While he was outside, police say Diane stripped naked and began breaking items inside the house.

Officers arriving at the scene found Diane naked, covered in blood, and suffering from self-inflicted lacerations. Police said she resisted arrest and had to be placed in wrist restraints.

After being secured, Diane allegedly told officers, “Sorry, I should have stabbed myself first,” according to the affidavit.

A search of the home led officers to a large stainless-steel knife that appeared to have blood on it. Daniele was found with stab wounds to her face, chest, legs, and back.

The family dog was transported to a veterinary hospital for treatment. Along with first-degree murder, Diane faces additional charges including criminal homicide, third-degree murder, possessing an instrument of a crime, and aggravated cruelty to an animal causing serious bodily injury or death.

Court records show Diane was denied bail and remains held at the Delaware County Prison ahead of her next court date scheduled for January 6.
