A New York City real estate agent has been accused of lashing out at children during a free t-shirt giveaway at a Hamptons’ concert, an alleged outburst that police say left a 7-year-old girl bloodied and injured.

Authorities identified the suspect as 75-year-old Gail Bomze, a well-known luxury real estate broker who has sold some of Manhattan’s priciest homes.

Bomze was taken into custody at East Hampton’s Main Beach at around 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Police charged her with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child after parents of the young girl dialed 911.

According to investigators, the shocking confrontation unfolded during the “Tuesdays at Main Beach” concert series, a popular family-friendly event on the East End.

Witnesses told police that during a promotional t-shirt toss, Bomze allegedly pushed her way through the crowd, grabbing and shoving children in a desperate attempt to snag one of the free giveaways.

Police allege Bomze went to insane lengths to grab some free swag, even biting a 7-year-old girl on her right arm.

The child was left with swelling and bleeding, according to the official report.

One event employee accused Bomze of “kicking and punching kids” while scrambling for the t-shirts.

Shocked parents told authorities their daughter had been left crying and injured in the melee.

Bomze, who once appeared in Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing and built a career selling multimillion-dollar properties, was booked on misdemeanor charges.

She was issued an appearance ticket and released pending further proceedings.

Her defense attorney, Christopher McGuire, fired back at the allegations, insisting his client was the victim, not the aggressor.

McGuire said that Bomze “categorically denies these allegations,” and claimed she was thrown to the ground by a group of rowdy teenagers amid the chaos, leaving her “sore and injured.”

McGuire added that Bomze reported the incident to the East Hampton Village Foundation, which organizes the beach concerts.

He said the group apologized to her and promised to introduce safety changes for future events.

According to McGuire, Bomze also voluntarily met with police “to raise her own concerns and asked that the incident be investigated.”

East Hampton Village Foundation chief executive Bradford Billet called the disturbance unprecedented.

“This was the first reported incident at the beloved, safe, and family-friendly concert in over five seasons,” Billet said, before adding, “We strongly condemn this alleged, isolated incident.”

Concert-goer arrested after brutal beat down

In another disturbing concert-related attack, California police arrested a 23-year-old man accused of brutally beating a woman unconscious in front of thousands of fans at the Rose Bowl.

Authorities said Julio Cesar Lopez Zavala was taken into custody at his Hawthorne home on Thursday, just four days after video of the shocking assault went viral online.

The violent outburst occurred during a sold-out Rüfüs Du Sol performance on August 16.

According to victim Shelby Elston, the confrontation began when a drink was spilled on Zavala during the show.

Elston recounted in a Facebook post that Zavala stormed off, only to return 30 minutes later in a rage, yelling threats at her fiancé.

She said she stepped in to defuse the situation but instead became the target of Zavala’s fury.

“This man PUNCHED ME IN THE FACE! I was completely knocked out and there was blood pouring from my face,” Elston wrote.

She said Zavala continued the assault even after she lost consciousness, shoving her into bleachers and striking her multiple times.

Video taken by another concertgoer appeared to show Zavala repeatedly punching Elston while bystanders attempted to intervene.

Some in the crowd even pulled down his pants in an effort to stop him as Elston’s fiancé shielded her and absorbed several blows himself.

Elston eventually regained consciousness inside a medical tent at the stadium, where staff treated her injuries.

She later said that she had suffered bruising and soreness, but expects a full recovery.

Pasadena police confirmed that Zavala fled the venue after the attack, but investigators were able to identify him using viral footage and fan tips.

He was captured Thursday and now awaits formal charges pending review by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

The band addressed the assault in an Instagram statement, saying, “Delivering moments for our fans to gather and celebrate safely is what we live for. We have been heart broken to hear of the act of violence that took place during the opening act on Saturday.”

“This type of behavior is completely unacceptable anywhere and the fact that this happened at one of our shows was devastating to learn about,” the statement added.
