A customer at a Jack in the Box restaurant reportedly got into a violent altercation over a wrong order at a location believed to be in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Wrong order leads to violent attack

The situation rapidly went off the rails when the woman, angry about not receiving three orders of fries with her combo meals, began shouting at the employees.

In a viral clip shared on Sunday, she yelled threats, saying she would “blow this whole motherf****** up” if her order wasn’t corrected.

The irate customer continued her outburst by throwing countertop signs at the staff and hurling expletives.

“You owe me three fries, three curly fries,” she demanded, visibly angry and dressed in black pants, a green sweater, and a black beanie.

She angrily criticized the workers for forgetting the order, shouting, “You left my sister’s sh** out. Fix my sh** or I will blow this whole motherf****** up.”

What began as yelling soon turned physical. The woman picked up signs and threw them at the employees while shouting profanity-laden insults like, “F* you and everybody up in this motherf*er.”

Fight breaks out between staff and customer

Attempting to provoke the staff, she danced mockingly in front of them before escalating the situation further by swinging one of her arms in their direction.

At one point, tensions boiled over as employees began stepping out from behind the counter.

A male worker climbed onto the counter and hit the woman in the face, knocking her hat off. She retaliated by throwing another sign at him.

Eventually, two employees jumped over the counter, and a chaotic scuffle ensued that left the woman being beaten on the ground with a friend of hers jumping in to assist and getting knocked down as well.

One worker grabbed the woman’s compatriot’s hair while customers in the restaurant screamed for someone to “Call the police.”

A male employee intervened to stop his coworker from continuing to attack the customer during the chaotic scene.

Wrong Chipotle order leads to attack

A similar incident unfolded at a Chipotle restaurant in Washington, D.C., where a woman reportedly stormed behind the counter and started making her own burrito bowl after disputing her UberEats order.

It was alleged that her order did not include the “double” portion of meat she claimed she had paid for.

Frustrated after requesting a remake and refund but being told refunds must go through UberEats, the unhinged customer began preparing her own food.

The woman aggressively pushed employees out of the way to access the toppings bar, shouting, “Watch out! … I don’t give a f**k!” as onlookers recorded the shocking scene.

Footage of this altercation, which accumulated over 8 million views on X, revealed the woman violently flinging a prepared burrito bowl at an employee who attempted to intervene and hitting him in the face.

Speaking about the ordeal, the employee hit with the bowl, Roberto Hernandez, recounted, “I was mad, upset. But I’m a man you know. I can’t hit a female. So I walked away.”

The woman involved told WUSA9 that she believed she was justified because the Chipotle staff took away her original order and refused to return it after refusing to provide her with the alleged double meat she requested.

“I understand you can’t go behind the counter, but once my food was taken, it was like you’re taking my property.”

She claims she didn’t get aggressive until the employees reportedly “put their hands on me first.”

Though she expressed some regret, she defended her actions, adding, “I do apologize. I feel bad it ended that way and he got assaulted. But again, it was men that came and assaulted me.”

She insisted that managers should have simply remade her order with the correct ingredients to avoid the ordeal.

Hernandez stated that the incident has since led to ongoing harassment from the woman, including threats such as “I’m going to come back and stab them and take their life,” which deeply concerned him and his coworkers.

Following the altercation, Chipotle filed a formal police report on Hernandez’s behalf.

  1. The customer is always right. And these small disagreements certainly are not worth fighting about.
